CARLOS ALBERTO Lahitte

CARLOS ALBERTO Lahitte

Born in Bahia Blanca. He studied drawing and painting at the School of Fine Arts Bow and Plastic Association workshop Argentina, under the direction of Professor Cecilia Matcovich, disciple of Ander Lothe.
He earned the professional title of National Teacher of Drawing at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes "Prilidiano Pueyrredón." He exhibits regularly in regional and national exhibitions. Many provincial museums and private galleries have works suyas.Alterna painter activities with those of the publisher.
He has lectured extensively on the arts and made more than twenty solo exhibitions in the cities of Buenos Aires, La Plata, Tandil, Olavaria, Necochea, Bahía Blanca and Tres Arroyos.
In the traveled in 1963, invited by the U.S. State Department. UU., To know that country for two months, during which he shared his experiences with renowned artists and political cartoonists, following the political cartoons published in the Journal of Bahía Blanca, La Nueva Provincia. They deserve a ADEPA prize in 1973 for Best Cartoonist of the Year.
It is a founding member of the Association of Artists of the Bay City White.
